 Post subject: can you chip a mk2 1.8 driver

some one told me you could but i thought a car neede an ecu to be chipped,

if it is poss does anyone no what it entails and are there dramatic benifits

Only way you can chip it is by hitting it with a hammer ;)

your right, it's a carb and doesn't have an ecu so you can't chip it.
